Refund policy

We have a standard 30-day return policy counting after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cayambe.de@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We can provide DHL shipping label if needed.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Exchanges
If you wish to change your order, such as color or size, please contact us at cayambe.de@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched and the desired product is in stock, we may be able to accommodate the change. All changes will be processed and confirmed via email.


Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect each hat before dispatch to ensure quality. However, mistakes can still happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Please contact us with any specific concerns.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that some banks and financial institutions take several days to replenish the money. Please be patient.

At CaYambe Hutmanufaktur, we take pride in being a small, Berlin-based company dedicated to crafting our own brand of handmade hats and caps. Additionally, we offer select European products that align with our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Due to our limited size and resources, we are unable to offer free returns. Our billing and dispatch processes are manual, and we cover the initial shipping costs via DHL. Consequently, the time and expenses associated with processing and shipping a return cannot be absorbed by our company and must be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
